  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella on one half.
  3. Top with chicken, tomatoes, and garlic powder, then sprinkle the remaining cheese.
  4. Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Repeat with the second tortilla.
  6. Serve with sour cream on the side.
