  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and dip each half into the egg mixture until well coated.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add the coated rolls, cooking until golden brown on both sides.
  4. In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon and chicken ham until crispy.
  5. Serve the French toast warm, topped with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Notes

  • For a sweeter version, add powdered sugar on top before serving.
  • Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
