  • 2 cups chopped vegetables (carrots, celery, onions)

  • 1 cup cooked noodles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the chicken, chicken broth, vegetables, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken, shred it and return to the pot.
