This Indulgent Burnt Basque Cheesecake is a creamy dessert baked in a loaf pan for easy slicing and serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and heavy cream until fully combined.
