A delicious and easy recipe for Jalapeno Popper Chicken Taquitos that combines creamy cheese, savory chicken, and a kick of jalapeno.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapenos
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 12 small tortillas
  • Cooking spray for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Take a tortilla, spoon the mixture in, and roll it tightly. Place the taquito seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  4. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and mixture. Spray the taquitos with cooking spray.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
