  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
