4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
