  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Lay out turkey bacon slices and place the sautéed mixture evenly on each slice.
  5. Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top of the mixture.
