A delicious and low-carb version of the classic Philly cheesesteak, featuring turkey bacon and all the traditional flavors.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until tender.
  3. Add garlic powder and black pepper, stir to combine.
  4. Lay out the turkey bacon on a baking sheet. On each strip, place a portion of the cooked veggies and top with provolone cheese.
