  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the flank steak with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  2. Cook the steak on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
