  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 4 large eggs
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
