A delicious and easy one pot cheeseburger macaroni dish with a twist of turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound macaroni
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. Add ground turkey to the pot and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in macaroni, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until macaroni is al dente.
  5. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Crumbled turkey bacon over the top before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add diced jalapeƱos.
  • You can use whole wheat macaroni for a healthier option.
