  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the sliced onions until caramelized.
  3. Form the ground turkey into patties and cook in the skillet until fully cooked.
  4. Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and cover to melt.
