  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup dill, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, dill, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Layer half of the cabbage in a greased baking dish.
  5. Add the cooked turkey bacon and half of the cheese.
  6. Add the remaining cabbage, top with the sour cream mixture, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
