  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes and slice them thinly, but not all the way through.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Insert diced turkey bacon between the slices of potatoes.
  5. Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes or until crispy and golden.
