1 pound ground sausage
1 cup pimento cheese
1/2 cup chopped turkey bacon
1/2 cup diced chicken ham
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, pimento cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheddar cheese.
Add the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture and mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add some diced jalapeños to the mixture.
