  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix in pumpkin puree, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
