  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  6. Gently fold in the diced apples and flour.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  8. Drizzle salted caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
