  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in the diced apples and salted caramel sauce. Pour the mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until set. Let cool and refrigerate before slicing.
