- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups diced apples
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the diced apples and salted caramel sauce. Pour the mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until set. Let cool and refrigerate before slicing.
