Delicious and easy sausage balls that combine beef and turkey bacon for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  3. Mix until well blended.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add some red pepper flakes to the mixture.
  • These can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
