  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add corn and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add shrimp and thyme, cooking until shrimp are pink.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve topped with turkey bacon.
