- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large saucepan, combine shrimp, lobster, and mixed vegetables.
- In another pot, create a roux by melting butter and stirring in flour.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream to the roux, stirring until thickened.
- Stir in Old Bay seasoning and garlic powder, then mix with seafood and veggies.
- Pour the mixture into a pie dish and top with biscuit mix prepared according to package instructions.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
