- 12 ounces pasta
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Combine the pasta with the shrimp mixture and season with salt and parsley.
