- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup wide egg noodles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
