  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup wide egg noodles
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the beef chuck roast, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the beef broth and carrots.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  4. Remove the beef, shred it with two forks, and return it to the slow cooker.
  5. Stir in the egg noodles and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high.
