  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 bag frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup chopped spinach

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, brown the Italian sausage.
  2. Add the vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Stir in the frozen tortellini and cook on low for 4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, add the heavy cream and chopped spinach.
  5. Mix well and serve hot.
