A delicious and easy recipe for Slow Cooker Parmesan Garlic Chicken and Potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add the baby potatoes on top.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours.
  6. Check for doneness and serve hot.
