- 3 pounds pork shoulder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
