A delicious and easy slow cooker ravioli lasagna recipe that brings comfort food to your table with minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  3. Add half of the ricotta cheese in dollops over the ravioli.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the ricotta.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Cook on low for 4 hours or until the ravioli are tender.
  7. Garnish with basil before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add cooked ground beef or sausage for extra protein.
  • You can substitute cottage cheese for ricotta for a lighter option.
