  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Stir in chopped herbs, then add milk and mix into a dough.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough into boiling broth, reduce heat, and simmer covered for 15 minutes.
