A delicious and easy pasta dish featuring sun-dried tomatoes and turkey bacon, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and cooked pasta, mixing well.
