  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add the sun-dried tomatoes and garlic, sautéing for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until combined and heated through.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and turkey bacon to the skillet, mixing well.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve garnished with fresh basil.
