This Tater Tot Sausage Breakfast Casserole is an easy and indulgent twist on a classic breakfast dish that is sure to please everyone!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1 bag (32 ounces) tater tots
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the tater tots, then the cooked sausage, and sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden.
