  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the salmon fillets in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill or oven to medium heat.
  3. Grill the salmon for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
