- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese, for topping
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until soft.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, white beans, green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, and corn.
