- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the grated zucchini, sugar, cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
