- 6 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
- In the same pot, sauté onions until translucent, then add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add diced potatoes and chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in chopped kale, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and the chopped bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, then serve hot.
