1 pound turkey bacon, chopped
1 onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups kale, chopped
2 cups potatoes, diced
1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
Add diced onion and garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
