Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the crushed pineapple.
Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan.
Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
Notes
For best results, make sure the crushed pineapple is well-drained to avoid excess moisture in the cake.
You can top the cake with whipped cream or a drizzle of caramel for extra flavor.
