Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, sugar, poppy seeds, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter with the sugar until light and fluffy.
