Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped apples
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped apples and blackberries with granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Transfer the fruit mixture to a baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
