- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and shrimp. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and cook until shrimp are pink.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked fettuccine and crispy turkey bacon to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
