Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 1 orange, zested
  • 50g icing sugar
  • 100g cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a bowl.
  2. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just starts to boil.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
  4. Add the orange zest and icing sugar, mixing until well combined.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours until firm.
  6. Once firm, scoop out small amounts and roll them into balls.
  7. Coat the truffles in cocoa powder and chill until ready to serve.
