Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add chicken, and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour the orange sauce over the chicken and cook until thickened.
