A delightful and easy Korean zucchini side dish that brings flavor and health to your table.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds or half-moons.
  2. Sprinkle salt over the zucchinis and let them sit for 10 minutes to release moisture.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the salted zucchinis and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • For added spice, consider adding red pepper flakes.
