- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds or half-moons.
