- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup sour cream
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
- In the same skillet, mix chicken ham, black beans, salsa, taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a baking dish, layer 3 lasagna noodles, followed by half of the chicken ham mixture, half of the sour cream, and a layer of cheese.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add jalapeños or bell peppers to the mixture.
- Can be made in advance and frozen for later.
