A delicious and easy-to-make Mexican lasagna combining turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, mix chicken ham, black beans, salsa, taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. In a baking dish, layer 3 lasagna noodles, followed by half of the chicken ham mixture, half of the sour cream, and a layer of cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add jalapeños or bell peppers to the mixture.
  • Can be made in advance and frozen for later.
