Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp peppermint extract
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup crushed mint candies
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips and crushed mint candies.
Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
