- 1 package chocolate cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add heavy whipping cream and peppermint extract, mix until fluffy.
