Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract and diced apples.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  8. Drizzle salted caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Let it cool before slicing.
