- 10 tostada shells
- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place tostada shells on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Spread refried beans on each tostada shell.
- Add a layer of shredded chicken on top of the beans.
